二、進口電動襯氟調節閥簡述：
與流體接觸的閥體內壁和閥內組件均采用高壓注塑工藝，襯有能耐腐蝕、耐老化的聚全氟乙丙烯(F46)，又采用聚四氟乙烯波紋管密封。廣泛適用于對酸、堿等強腐蝕介質和有毒、易揮發等氣體、液體的控制。

三、進口電動襯氟調節閥特點：
1、耐腐蝕：幾乎能耐所有的介質(包括濃硝酸和王水)的腐蝕。
2、密封性能好：采用波紋管和填料雙重密封，確保無外滲漏。
3、泄漏量小：由于閥芯、閥座采用軟密封，故泄漏量低。
4、配用HA執行機構，輸出力大、結構緊湊。
?四、進口電動襯氟調節閥安裝要求：
1. 管道法蘭標準必須與調節閥法蘭標準相符。
2. 使用安裝前應檢查使用條件是否與本閥性能相同。
3. 安裝前確認法蘭焊接無誤，法蘭是否冷卻。
4. 安裝前應先清洗閥門內腔、密封面和管道，不允許有污物雜物附著。
5. 安裝時，閥必須與管道對中安裝，確保法蘭密封面不與管道法蘭碰撞等。
6. 本閥最好安裝在水平，垂直角度的管道上。
7. 本閥如遇啟閉失常，應查明原因，排除故障，不得利用敲、砸、撬和手柄接桿強行啟閉。
8. 本閥在貯存未用期間，應保持干燥，不準露天存放，周圍不允許有害物質侵蝕。

Imported electric fluorine-butterfly regulating valve installation requirements:
1. The pipe flange standards must be consistent with regulating valve flange standard.
2. Use before installation should check whether the conditions of use and performance of this valve is the same.
3. Before installation, make sure the flange welding, flange is cooling.
4. The body should be clean before installation, sealing face and pipe, there is no dirt sundries clinging to the body.
5. When installation, the valve must be installed in the pipeline to, to ensure the flange sealing surface don't collide with the pipe flange, etc.
6. This valve should be installed best in horizontal and vertical Angle of the line.
7. In case of opening and closing of this valve dysfunction, should find out the reason, troubleshooting, and shall not be used to knock, smashing, pry and handle jaw opening and closing force.
8. The valve during storage unused, should keep dry, not in open air, around does not allow harmful material erosion.
