進口倒吊桶疏水閥內部結構是一個倒吊桶為液位敏感件,由杠桿連接倒吊桶,裝置剛起動時，管道內出現空氣和低溫冷凝水，此時疏水閥是全開放，空氣和低溫冷凝水迅速排出，裝置很快提升溫度。當蒸汽進入倒吊桶內，倒吊桶產生向上浮力，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動閥心關閉閥門。倒吊桶上開有一小孔，能自動排空氣，當一部份蒸汽從小孔排出，另一部份蒸汽產生凝結水，倒吊桶失去浮力向下沉，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動閥心開啟閥門。當蒸汽再進入倒吊桶內，閥門再關閉，循環工作，間斷排水。
加裝抗水錘及防破水封逆止閥，對于抗水錘及防止破水封有明顯成效。低負載滴漏排放，中負載間歇排放，滿載連續排放不會形成冷滯和氣堵。有不同節流孔可選擇，不同壓力下可維持一定的排水量,?有良好的我清洗性能，無污物困擾。耐污垢，小顆粒雜質經由頂上節流孔沖出去。操作時可全程排放不凝結氣體。背壓能力強，適合回收系統使用。不可使用于過熱蒸汽。零件采用不銹鋼及硬化鉻鋼閥座，耐磨抗蝕。體大，不耐凍。停機時，閥座是開啟的狀態。裝置時須直立，不能歪斜既可連續排水，亦可間歇排水。
