認(rèn)證流程：
A.制造企業(yè)提出申請(qǐng),和TüV SüD 簽定認(rèn)證合同/The manufacture apply and sign the  certificating contract with TüV SüD .
 B.TUV SUD提供認(rèn)證技術(shù)咨詢(xún),提供準(zhǔn)備材料清單,制造商按認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)要求提供相關(guān)技術(shù)文件資料,提供完整設(shè)備圖紙包括結(jié)構(gòu)(總裝配圖和詳細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)圖),機(jī)械部分,電氣部分和控制圖 和完整計(jì)算書(shū)TüV SüD will provide consulting , the Manufacturer provides all the technical files according to TüV SüD requirements, provides the complete set of drawing including structural(GA and Detailed Construction Drawings), Mechanical and Electrical (SLD) and controls drawings,and the complete set of calculations
C.TüV SüD 審核技術(shù)文件和圖紙,計(jì)算書(shū),并對(duì)樣機(jī)進(jìn)行功能性測(cè)試,同時(shí)對(duì)制造企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理體系等質(zhì)量保證措施做確認(rèn),對(duì)不合格部分發(fā)書(shū)面整改意見(jiàn),制造方按要求改進(jìn)直至完全達(dá)到相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,最終合格后認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)給CE 符合性證書(shū)/TüV SüD   reviews the technical files including  drawings,calculations, risk analysis, do functional testing for model machinery ,review the manufacturers’ quality control system,give advice for not comformity, manufacture will improve them until reach the standards,at last ,if passed, the Notified Body will provide a certificate of CE complance.
D 制造企業(yè)簽發(fā)CE 合格證明和在產(chǎn)品上加蓋CE 標(biāo)記/Manufacturers declare themselves to pass CE marking and mark it on their equipments.
