全自動羽毛蓬松度測試儀采用單片機控制對測試流程進行自動控制，只需將樣品放入測試筒中，啟動儀器，10分鐘左右直接從打印系統中得除測試結果。系統采用精密的步進馬達，對準確測試量羽毛的體積具有決定性的作用，，其采用的吹風系統，保障羽絨毛處于均勻狀態，使每次測量的數據有較好的重現性，操作方面，可以任意設定吹風時間，測試次數，獨特的過濾系統設計，確保羽毛不會亂飛，污染環境。
