KV3000&KV4000運動粘度浴（帶集成數字計時器）簡介
新恒溫浴裝有先進的溫控電路和集成計時器，以便方便準確地用玻璃毛細管粘度計進行粘度測量。微處理器PID回路能個確保在ASTM規定的范圍內進行精確可靠的溫度控制。簡易的按鈕控制器以及雙重數顯使恒溫浴的溫度設定和監測簡便容易。恒溫浴可容納7個不同型號的玻璃毛細管粘度計。通過無頻閃熒光燈和背景擋板可以很容易地觀察恒溫浴里的粘度計。通過電動攪拌器提供無擾動的介質循環可實現溫度分布均勻。將內嵌的冷卻盤管和自來水連接起來或者再循環水冷器可方便地將溫度控制在室溫或低于室溫的溫度。可以另外選配獲得通信軟件(RS232等)、斜置裝置和其它增強的功能。
計時器－KV3000將7個數字計時器集成在前端控制面板上，以方便對每個粘度計中液體流出的時間進行記錄。對于KV4000，用戶可在前面LCD控制/顯示器中輸入每一個粘度計的粘度常數，并在計時器停止計時后自動輸出以流出時間和粘度單位表示的測試結果。所有的計時功能都以0.01或0.1秒的分辨率顯示，精確在誤差0.01％的范圍內。
恒溫浴結構和安全特性－恒溫浴的內腔是一個透明的耐熱玻璃Pyrex®容器，安裝在表面涂有環氧聚酯的鋼架內。頂部工作表面有7個2" (51mm)的粘度計孔。透過前面的視窗能安全地觀測浴內情況，沒有絲毫變形。微處理器溫控器還帶有安全回路，可在超溫和主探頭斷開時切斷回路。為了增加安全性，還提供一個可調的帶有單獨傳感器探頭的備用控制器，以便在發生超溫時切斷電路。低液位傳感器用來防止恒溫浴在加熱介質在沒有達到合適的液位時就開始運行，并且在運行過程中液位如有下降就切斷電源。超溫和低液位回路都能將恒溫浴鎖定并防止進一步操作，直到故障解除為止
